Can I connect standard 12V 4-pin RGB fans to a Nollie controller?
No. Nollie controllers drive 5V addressable (3-pin) digital LEDs only. Connecting 12V non-addressable analog RGB devices will instantly destroy the 5V digital chips.
Why is my ARGB fan or strip only lighting up halfway?
This is almost always due to the channel's LED count in your software (SignalRGB, NollieRGB, OpenRGB, or Skydimo) being set too low. Adjust the channel LED count in device settings to match the physical number of LEDs.
Do Nollie controllers save effects when the PC is turned off or disconnected?
Yes! You can flash custom Boot and Loop effects directly to the controller's onboard memory using NollieRGB. When USB disconnected, the controller continues running standalone.
